Beyond the Human

 

The fields of synthetic biology and artificial life are merging with artificial intelligence technologies to put our understanding of what it is to be human in doubt, urging us to think ‘beyond the human’. A series of seminars at City Lit, London (26 July to 16 August 2018) approach these questions from a philosophical/speculative perspective.
